Schedule Passport Interview Appointment

Effective January 15, 2021, an Administrative charge of US$30.00 for passport processing will be in effect. Only credit and debit cards are acceptable as payment.
Please fill the form, PRINT AND BRING along with other revelvant documents on your rescheduled appointment date.
If the office is closed on your secheduled appointment date, you may come on the next working date/day or reschedule.
Passport interview appointments are not available on Weekends, US and Nigeria Holidays
Every applicant should have individual appointment confirmation. All information on the application for appointment should be accurate for ease of processing.
Once you re-schedule, the applicant's name will automatically be removed from the original date of appointment
