This is to inform the general public that the Honourable Minister of State of the Ministry of Interior, Abuja, Mr. Demola Seriki, and Members of his entourage, will be arriving U.S on Wednesday, February, 3rd 2010.

The visit will accord the Minister, the opportunity of making some interventions in the area of Mobile Passport acquisition especially in the states that are yet to be visited by the resident immigration officers and other states that need immigration services. Specifically, his itinerary will cover Washington D. C, Maryland, California, Los Angeles, and Texas (Houston and Dallas). If time permits, North and South Carolina as well as Tallahassee will also be visited.

Requirements for Authentication of certificate of Free Sale

1. Covering letter from the exporting company, addressed to the Consulate General of Nigeria, New York, requesting for the authentication of the product(s);
2. Certificate of Free Sale issued by the Department of Health of the State where the product(s) is/are manufactured, stating that the product(s) is/are manufactured and widely distributed/used in the State or in USA;
3. Certificate of Analysis of the product(s);
4. Certificate of Registration of the company that manufactures the product(s);
5. Fifty dollars ($50.00) in money order, payable to the Consulate General of Nigeria for each of the products;
6.  Original Documents must be submitted for citing at this Consulate;
7. All Documents must be notarized; Photocopies of all the documents be submitted; and
8. Pre-paid self-addressed Express or Priority envelope with tracking number, be submitted.
